Book review

Our group read "The Perks Of Being a Wallflower." I thought the book was really good, it has a good plot to it and a great story line, Its about a freshman in high school named Charlie, who is trying to make a difference in school this year. He bomes friends with a few senoirs and it turns out to be his best year of school. He faces a lot of challenges but has many fun times and learns about love. I think anyone whos looking for a book with a small love story, great friendships and a good story line, should read this.

Blog Post #2. First Thoughts.

   I'm reading Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn.
"When i think of my wife, I always think of her head." When i first read this, i was a bit confused as to why that'd be the first thing Nick Dunne would think of when hes thinking about his wife, but then i realized why after i ready more of the book.
 
  One of my favorite moments is on page 29, When Amy (Nicks wife) is talking about how a pointless marriage is like. It explains how a real and love filled marriage isnt like that. She explains hoe a loveless and pointless marriage can be dull, boring,  and even hateful towards one another.
   
   Another one of my favorite moments is on page 30, when Amy talks about how it feels to finally find someone who you fall in love with. She explains how you guys just "click." That you both remember the same type of things, recognize the same things about each other, you both have the same rhythm. You just know each other, and you can truly see a future with each other, and be happy when you picture it with each other.

   I chose to read this book because I watched the movie Gone Girl that came out just last year. Its the movie that is based on this book. I really liked the movie and was wanting to read the book after i saw it. When i saw that this book was on the list of books that we can read for this class, i chose it immediately, and ive enjoyed every bit that i have read so far.

I will read whenever I find a book that catches my attention. Its very rare to find a book that I actually enjoy reading. For most part, I don't read very often. its not something that I usually enjoy doing, it can be pretty boring to me. But as of right now, there is a book I've already picked out for my best sellers reading. Its called Gone Girl by Gilligan Flynn. I'm thinking I am going to really enjoy this book.
I never tried to read any books when I was younger, but I wasn't a bad reader either. I was actually pretty good at reading, it just seemed boring to me, until I find books that catch my attention and are the type that I like reading. I read more now that ever before, and I like it!
